He's worked with recording artists such as Beyonce' Knowles, Chris Brown, Lil Mama, Adam Lambert, Wayne Brady and Ashanti to name a few. He also appeared on MTV's MADE as a coach for the Majestic Dance Crew who auditioned for America's Best Dance Crew. Most recently, Sincere was one of the choreographers of Lil Mama's "Sausage" video. Check it out below! He's one of the most talented up-and-coming choreographers we know. And when he's not on the road working his hustle, he never forgets to come home and give back to the students of ESOTA.

Ashley is stunning! She's also serving and slaying for runway and print. Rip it Ashley!

Chane Valls

Gorgeous inside and out, Chane got her modeling start in BET's Rip the Runway. She's now featured in national campaigns for the likes of Ashley Stewart. Amazingly, the fashion industry considers Chane "plus size". She looks just perfect to us! But the struggle is real. Check Chane out in the video below.

Amber Mackie

Before Amber graduated from Florida A & M University, she was already bringing home awards. As the recipient of a College Television Award from the National Association of Television Arts and Sciences (the folks who hand out the Emmys), she's on the path to greatness. Amber's currently a Production Coordinator at Revolt TV, and we hear she's keeping Diddy in check! For now, she's doing her thing behind the scenes. But we think she's camera ready. Check her out representing our JCAL Summer Intensive in this piece with Cheryl Wills of NY1.

Janai's 2015 graduation from Touro College Law School makes her one of our first lawyers!

Tracy Ann Simmonds

Tracy Ann Simmonds is still expressing her artistry, but she's moved behind the lens of a camera. As the Founder and artistic vision behind IABTA (Innovative Arts by Tracy Ann), her tag line is "Your stories. My lens." Based in Miami, she photographs fashion, events, weddings, and her scenic surroundings. We think she looks pretty good in FRONT of the camera too!

Since graduation, she's been working as a physical therapist aide, even did an  internship at Alvin Ailey, as she planned to pursue her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in the coming years. But those plans may soon change as she just recently was accepted into Queens College's Masters program for Nutrition and Exercise Science! All this while pursuing her dance dreams as a choreographer for the Herbert H. Dance Company, and teacher at ESOTA. No matter which path Brittany decides to follow, we know her Tiny Tots will be proud! What an amazing role model for the kids.
